Royal Resorts Resale Program Launched by Selling Timeshares, Inc.

Timeshare Resale New Press Release

In the past month, Selling Timeshares, Inc., a licensed real estate brokerage who specializes in timeshare resale, has launched a new resale program solely aimed at The Royal Resorts properties located in Mexico.

The new program takes aim at customers who are looking for ownerships outside of the properties such as the Hilton, WorldMark, Marriott, Disney, Club Intrawest, Hyatt, Fairfield by Wyndham or Westin timeshares that are currently offered on the timeshares for sale portion of the website.

David Van Norman, a licensed sales agent and Head of Web Development at Selling Timeshares, Inc. was eager to say, “We are proud to offer such an enticing new product, now clients will have even more choice when selecting their vacation ownerships, and we have the chance to be a leader in Royal Resorts resale, like the many other properties we offer”.

The Royal Resorts properties were founded in 1975 and are some of the pioneer resorts in the Mexican Caribbean tourism industry. With 36 years in the vacation ownership industry and a 5-star rating, Royal Resorts truly has a long history.

All six Royal Resorts locations offer a fixed week, fixed location guarantee which means the owner’s week and unit will be available for use without having to call in advance for reservations.

The villas at Royal Resorts are all two bedroom, two bathroom units that sleep six, but have the ability to be split into two smaller units. If owners use this lock-off option, the villas subdivide into a one-bedroom suite for up to four people and a junior suite for two.

Royal Resorts are also affiliated with multiple exchange companies, which offer thousands of resorts to trade with.
