The Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort fireworks show is making a return! After being paused in March 2020 due to COVID restrictions, the long-awaited show will start at 8 p.m. on June 2nd and run for four minutes.
Jeffrey Yedlin, hotel manager at the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort, said that the show will switch to 7:45 p.m. in the fall due to shorter daylight hours.
The 30-year Waikikian tradition was paused back in March 2020 when the Hawaiian government started to limited large social gatherings, but we’re excited to see it make a return each Friday night from June to September this year.
