The Buying & Selling Process

Selling Timeshares, Inc. has many Club Intrawest timeshares available for resale. Visit the Club Intrawest Listings section for prices or feel free to make an offer.

If you are a Club Intrawest owner interested in selling your property, please fill out the form in the Sellers section.

First, Club Intrawest must approve the sale and waive their right of first refusal. Next, both buyer and seller must fill out and sign four transfer forms which then get forwarded to Club Intrawest to process the transfer. The entire resale transfer process takes approximately 4 weeks.

Q: How does the Resort Point system work?

A: As a Club Intrawest Member you will receive an annual allotment of Resort Points that can be used to make reservations. These points are good at any Club Intrawest location. The number of points needed to make a desired reservation will depend on the location, time of year, length of stay, and unit size.

Q: How far in advance can I book my Club Intrawest reservations?

A: Reservations for 6 nights or more can be made up to 11 months in advance. Reservations of less than 6 nights can be made up to 4 months in advance. Furthermore, if a reservation lasting 6 nights is made, a second reservation at another resort preceding or following the week can be booked up to 11 months in advance. There is a 2-night minimum on all weekends and only one weekend reservation may be held at a time for each 80 Resort Points owned.

Q: Does Club Intrawest have the right of first refusal?

A: Yes, Club Intrawest has the right of first refusal on all points being transferred or sold.

Q: If I purchase on the resale market will I be eligible for a membership in Extraordinary Escapes?

A: Members who buy on the resale market are only eligible to join the Extraordinary Escapes program if they paid at least $150 per point. To qualify, members also must pay an additional $12-per-point fee to the developer to enroll in the program.
