website, we guarantee that you'll be happy with your property. Should you decide
to sell your property back to SellingTimeshares Inc before Dec 31,
2008, we agree
to pay you 80% of your purchase price less closing costs, no questions asked. Alternatively,
we'll be happy to sell it for you for a minimal commission.
